Gobi Stippla was born in
Genoa, Italy in 1867. He was the son of a textile factory worker. His mother
was a seamstress and instilled in young Gobi, a love for art and architecture.
He studied Art History,
and Architecture at the Italian University. Gobi was a renaissance man and had
a love for the impressionists. He pioneered and developed a technique, named
after him called Stipple. Eventually, he lost a fencing dual, over an argument
with a lackey and was killed at 27.
TheStippler invention which
I am presenting is based on this old master.
